Purchasing refurbished equipment is a sound, economical decision. Refurbished equipment saves you 30-65% of the costs associated with new equipment and is also environmentally-friendly.
Off-service telecom equipment is acquired from liquidators and customers who upgrade existing equipment. Every NEC product is carefully tested for functionality and quality. Those that pass the initial test are thoroughly cleaned, repaired and replaced as necessary.
K-PLAN TEL guarantees all refurbished equipment is tested extensively to ensure only the highest quality equipment is sold to our customers. This emphasis on excellence is backed by a standard 180-day warranty and includes an optional extended one-year warranty with advance replacement.


Convenience is a priority guaranteed by our on-site warehouse. This 6,000 square foot warehouse stores thousands of NEC replacement parts. The depth and variety of our stock enables K-PLAN TEL to
diagnose and repair your equipment in a timely manner.
Additionally, should an emergency occur, we also have the ability to ship equipment and replacement parts to you overnight.

Repair & Diagnostics

K-PLAN TEL diagnoses and repairs all equipment in-house with reliable, professional and friendly service.Thousands of replacement parts are available in our warehouse, and as an exclusive NEC dealer, we know NEC products. Our team provides timely service and all repairs are backed by a 180-day warranty.
Certain repairs may not be offered by K-PLAN TEL. In these instances, we will notify the customer and upon approval, the equipment will be sent directly to NEC for repair.
