Shipping Policies

All orders with K-Plan Telecom will be shipped as fast as possible (usually the same day). We ship using UPS and FedEx ground services; however we reserve the right to change the carrier service without prior notice. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees without prior notification on any shipments. Business-day standard shipping orders placed by 5:00 pm EST usually ship the same day.

We offer expedited shipping options at standard shipping rates (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air). For any expedited shipping, all orders must be placed by 5PM eastern standard time. Almost every order is shipped within 24 hours. There are some exceptions, however, depending on the circumstances and products.

For international orders please be advised that you may be required to pay local duties and taxes upon receipt of your purchase.

Return Policies

K-Plan Telecom accepts returns on new and refurbished equipment. The restocking fee for all returned equipment is 20%. Products must be returned within 30 days of invoice. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. Products must be returned as received with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Products that are incomplete or defective will be refused. Please call 631-231-0111 for return authorizations.

When shipping an item for return, the customer takes full responsibility for getting the item(s) returned to us and thus coordinating insurance of such item(s) with the shipping company. Shipping costs on returned items is the responsibility of the customer. K-Plan Telecom will not take responsibility for undelivered items or items delivered defective, broken or in any other form other than that of the original shipment. Any shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

K-Plan Telecom also reserves the right to refuse any return in which the product is opened or not in its original form, with its original accessories, manuals, instructions, and anything else that came with the original package. Products that are determined to have been damaged by the customer will also be denied for return. Please make sure the return is in its original form.

Repairs Policies

K-Plan Telecom is not responsible for unclaimed equipment left over 45 days after work is completed. We will make every attempt to contact you for returning your equipment. Any unclaimed items left over 120 days will become the property of K-Plan Telecom.
