Shipping Policies

All orders with K-Plan Telecom will be shipped as fast as possible (usually the same day). We ship using UPS and FedEx ground services; however we reserve the right to change the carrier service without prior notice. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees without prior notification on any shipments. Business-day standard shipping orders placed by 5:00 pm EST usually ship the same day.

We offer expedited shipping options at standard shipping rates (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air). For any expedited shipping, all orders must be placed by 5PM eastern standard time. Almost every order is shipped within 24 hours. There are some exceptions, however, depending on the circumstances and products.

For international orders please be advised that you may be required to pay local duties and taxes upon receipt of your purchase.

Return Policies

K-Plan Telecom accepts returns on new and refurbished equipment. The restocking fee for all returned equipment is 20%. Products must be returned within 30 days of invoice. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. Products must be returned as received with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Products that are incomplete or defective will be refused. Please call 631-231-0111 for return authorizations.

When shipping an item for return, the customer takes full responsibility for getting the item(s) returned to us and thus coordinating insurance of such item(s) with the shipping company. Shipping costs on returned items is the responsibility of the customer. K-Plan Telecom will not take responsibility for undelivered items or items delivered defective, broken or in any other form other than that of the original shipment. Any shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

K-Plan Telecom also reserves the right to refuse any return in which the product is opened or not in its original form, with its original accessories, manuals, instructions, and anything else that came with the original package. Products that are determined to have been damaged by the customer will also be denied for return. Please make sure the return is in its original form.

Repairs Policies


K-Plan Telecom is not responsible for unclaimed equipment left over 45 days after work is completed. We will make every attempt to contact you for returning your equipment. Any unclaimed items left over 120 days will become the property of K-Plan Telecom.

Warranty Information

Most products sold by K-Plan Telecom have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated. All repaired equipments have 180 days warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty on all refurbished and repaired equipment is backed by K-Plan Telecom only. If you received the item damaged or defective or the item becomes defective, please call 631-231-0111 for all warranty issues. If equipment problems occur within the first 60 days of purchase, K-Plan Telecom will advance replace all problematic equipment with a prepaid call tag to ship non-functioning equipment back. K-Plan Telecom will only replace phones using ground services. If customers would like to expedite the shipment, they must pay for the entire cost of that shipment. A valid credit card must be on file to qualify for our advanced replacement service. Customers have 14 days to return replaced equipment before being charged for the value of the equipment and shipping fees. After 60 days and before one year, warranted equipment must be sent back before being replaced. Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective item to K-Plan. For customers outside The US and Canada warranted equipment must be sent back before being replaced. Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective item to K-Plan. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges in case the in advanced replaced item(s) was not defective or damaged. Most new products sold at K-Plan Tel covered by manufacturers warranty only unless otherwise stated.

The warranty on equipment covers all normal wear and usage. Customer error, misuse and abuse such as liquid spills, and drops are not covered. Acts of God such as flood, lightning, earthquake and other natural disasters are not covered. Technicians not approved by K-Plan Telecom trying to repair the equipment will void the warranty. Removal of K-Plan Telecom warranty tag without permission under any circumstances voids the items warranty.

In case of a warranty request, K-Plan Telecom will not be responsible beyond the original purchase price of any one item or combination of items. K-Plan Telecom has the right to repair, replace or refund defective items sent back by right of warranty which comply with warranty redemption guidelines. K-Plan Telecom follows manufacturer or distributor instructions on the returns of out-of-box defective items.

Technical Support Policies

K-Plan Telecom offers free technical support to its customers by appointment only. Free technical support includes isolated phone and voicemail setup and feature questions. Extensive installation and programming support is charged $75 hour by appointment only. Free technical support is effective for one year from the date of purchase; free tech support will not be available after 1 year unless customer is on a service contract.
